Eric's departure to gain the sound he wants is somewhat unique. He knows the tone he wants. So instead of spending tons of cash on trying out multiple amp/cab set ups, he builds his own amps and runs them through a tried and true cabinet; a Marshall 4X12. To set himself apart from other guitarists using a similar set up, Eric covered his recent creations in snakeskin. On stage, his amps and cab are really noticeable and get plenty of compliments on their look and their sound.

                                                              

Like Jess, Eric owns several guitars, but you will never see him without his Les Paul. Unlike Jess, whose Les Paul is almost flawless in appearance, Eric's Les Paul looks like it's been played hard. It compliments Eric's style of play and you'll often hear Eric say that no other Les Paul plays like the one he has. It must be a guitarist thing.
